Part number: MH-HEGG3 (M25H-HEGG3-40MM) · Conductors: 3, balanced at ~2100mm² each · Size: ~40 x 60mm · Available in: 25 Series
This is the Triple Horizontal Egg. Each of the 3 sections is balanced - the conductive area is similar across all 3 zones, at about 2100 mm². The size at ~40x60mm is large, but not overwhelming, and fits very nicely. It turns out the egg shape works extremely well with the prostate, and is very easy to insert and remove.
25 Series only. Heads are series-locked: you get the head built for that shaft diameter, and it fits that series only. A 25 Series head will not go on a 32 Series shaft.
One use example
This is a wonderful, easy setup that hits the prostate hard, and requires only 2 parts. You will need a Pinnacle and this head.
ChA: corona side (bigger) of the Pinnacle, and the base of this head - the base is the one without green circles.
ChB: frenulum side of the Pinnacle, and the tip of this head - the tip is marked with those small triangles.
This setup is intense, and incredibly nice - hitting the prostate very deep, lighting up the perineal nerves, and is just amazing.
There are tons of variations of this. Sending a channel out to a ring is what makes it work: with both poles on the head the current stays up there, and once it runs out to a ring it has to cross the prostate. A Switch 1 lets you move between the three zones mid-session without unplugging anything.
If you have never tried tip-to-probe stim, order this head.
Cables - read this before you order
Like all multi-conductor heads, the clearance for cables is small: the max diameter at the 4mm banana plug is 8mm. The PlaStim cables are this size. If you already have 4mm cables, measure them first.
The two-channel setup above needs two cables. A 90/straight covers each one - the straight end goes into the head, the 90 sits on the ring. Add a straight/straight if you want to run two zones of the head against each other, or to feed a Switch 1, whose input has to be straight. 2.5mm ends if you are on a Coyote, 3.5mm for most other boxes.
Cables are available in the store, or the instructions to make your own are here: DIY 4mm Cable.
Care: consumable part - inspect before every use, disassemble to clean with warm water and dish soap, and follow the Care and Safety Instructions.
