There are two nerve systems doing the work down there: the dorsal branch, which runs the top of the shaft and the corona, and the perineal branch, which runs underneath, through the urethral region and back toward the testicles. The frenulum is the one place both converge — which makes it the only spot on the outside that can reach the perineal pathway at all.

Almost every other ring puts a single conductor across both. That feels strong, but muddy: the dorsal sensation overpowers the other one, like a nail and a feather at the same time. You only really register the nail.

The Pinnacle gives each one its own electrode. A corona band on top, a dedicated frenulum pad below, insulated from each other so they stay separate. Run them as one channel and the tip lights up on its own terms. Run the frenulum to a ring under the balls with a dorsal block, and the current is forced down the perineal route — through the urethra, into the testicles. That is the sensation nobody sells, because nobody else can build an electrode that keeps the two apart.

With a Switch 1, the Pinnacle is the ring that sits on one pole of the channel. The other pole goes into the switch, which then drives a bipolar ring like the Clarifier or a two-zone head.

Sized to you, not to a circle

Anatomy is not round, so the Pinnacle is not either. Six shapes come out of our shape engine, each a different cross-section, and each is scaled to your measurement rather than rounded to the nearest stock size. Get it close and the ring stops being something you are wearing and just sits where it belongs.

Not sure and would rather ask? Send your two measurements in Discord or by email and I will pick it for you — it takes me a minute and I would rather you get the right one.

Details

  • JumpStart contact — the pad layout keeps enough contact area to get things going while you are still soft, without pinching.
  • Insulated sides, conductive top — sensation goes under the corona where the nerves are, and nowhere else.
  • Locates by shape — no alignment marks to line up. The profile puts it in the right place.
  • Prints as three pieces on a single-head machine, or one piece with a dual-head. STEP files are free with any order — tick "Step Files Only" above.
  • 4mm ports throughout. Cables need a 4mm connector; the PlaStim cable fits.

Care: hand wash with warm water and soap after every use, dry fully before storing, and keep it under 130°F so it does not warp.
