This is an upgraded Perineum pad, Insulated sides prevent unwanted sensations. The center is raised slightly to follow the natural perineum seam. The pad is slightly concave for optimum fit.
The tpu version flexes, and is extremely comfortable.
This one is my daily driver - it's a really good pad.
