4mm E-Stim Lead Cables
These are hand-built from 2mm pin stock, converted to 4mm connectors. Available in right-angle, straight, or 90°/straight combo configurations.
What makes these nice:
- Fully insulated connection — the plastic cap seats tight into PlaStim electrodes, so the only exposed metal is the contact itself
- Super slim — 8mm head diameter with the cap on. We haven't seen a slimmer 4mm lead cable anywhere.
All of our designs now use 4mm connectors. We started out using a mix of 4mm and 2mm ports, but switched to 4mm exclusively. Better initial connection, they print better, and they hold up better. No looking back.
Which style do you need? The right-angle works great for most electrodes. The modular probe heads require a straight connector on at least one lead — the 90° doesn't fit the port geometry. For those, the 90°/straight combo is the go-to: one of each per channel.
Cable connector: Available in 3.5mm or 2.5mm T/R audio jack. Most e-stim boxes on the market use 3.5mm — if you're not sure, that's probably what you need. The 2.5mm is for Coyote users.

Heads up: These are handmade, so they won't always come out perfectly straight or a perfect 90° — but they're usually very close. They're durable, but consider them as consumables, they may need replacing.
